Who we are
Experiential Traveller is a private tour operator based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This policy explains what information we collect through experientialtraveller.lk and how we use it.
What we collect
- When you book — your first and last name, billing address, country, email address, phone number, any order notes, and the details of your journey: start date, number of days, travellers in each age group and vehicle
- When you pay — PayHere processes the payment. We receive confirmation that you have paid, not your card number
- When you contact us — the details you send by enquiry, email or WhatsApp, such as your name, email address, nationality, contact number, travel dates, number of travellers and your message
How we use it
- To arrange and run your journey
- To take your 50% advance and record the balance due on arrival
- To send your order confirmation and contact you about your booking
- To answer your enquiries
Who we share it with
PayHere receives the details it needs to process your payment.
