Payment and Refund Policy

How your price is worked out

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Tours and experiences are priced by the day: an operational cost of USD 110 per day for your whole group, plus a daily fee for the private vehicle that suits the size of your group.

• Operational cost — USD 110 per day for the whole group, whatever its size
• Children aged 6–12 — 50% of the adult rate
• Children aged 2–5 — 25% of the adult rate
• Infants under 2 — free
• Vehicle — from USD 40 per day for a car to USD 117 per day for a coach, depending on group size

A booking can include up to 35 travellers and must include at least one adult. The booking form and your cart show the full price of your journey before you pay.

The 50% advance

To book, you pay a 50% advance online at checkout. The advance secures your booking for the dates you have chosen.

Payments are processed by PayHere, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and internet banking. You enter your payment details with PayHere; we do not see or store your card number.

After you pay, you receive an order confirmation by email showing your journey total, the advance you paid and the balance due.

Paying the balance

To confirm the tour, balance 50% payment to be made 30 days prior to arrival

Cancelling your booking

• 30 days or more before your start date — your 10% advance is refunded in full
• Less than 30 days before your start date — the 10% advance is not refunded

Because the balance is only paid on arrival, it is not due if you cancel before your journey begins. To cancel, contact us by email at [email protected] or on WhatsApp +94 713 483 648 and include your order number.

How refunds are paid

• Before the full payment is done – 10% of the advance payment is non-refundable.

After the full payment is done:

• If the cancellation is done a minimum 25 days prior to arrival, 75% from the full payment will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is done a minimum 15 days prior to arrival, 50% from the full payment will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is done within 15 days prior to arrival, no refund.

Early departures / no-shows: no refunds.
